I love the doctors we have there, but the communication is awful. Call center seems to do as vest they can, but once you get to specific departments it falls apart. I spent most of this past week trying yo reach anyone regarding a very important medication for my child, and no one would reach back out to me regarding an update. I called several times, sent portal messages, and had to go in physically on lunches and after work to make myself known. Only through Facebook messaging did I get anywhere, and they asked me not to. When I pointed out their very clear failures... SILENCE.

I brought my 8month old son in many times for his eczema which had been ongoing for months and was very uncomfortable for him.  He had a rash around his neck that was getting worse even though we cleaned it often.
He also had a cough, with phlegm in his chest, and a runny nose that had been going on for 2 months at that point. I specifically asked if this could be food related. I was assured by the NP that it was not food related and that this was normal for a child his age. A phlegmy cough and runny nose for 2 months is not normal!

My doctor is wonderful, but unfortunately it's completely impossible to get a hold of him. The front desk doesn't answer their phone, the pharmacy doesn't answer their phone, there is no email address I can contact them at, and the patient portal is completely broken and says it can't find my information when I try to register.

All I'm trying to do is request a refill on my prescription so I can continue working but there is absolutely no way to get a request to him without going in person and waiting 3 hours in line.
