This is a great company. We have used them four times over seven years. The Service Men who have shown up are great. They get the job done. I would use no other company.
Of course plumbing issues happen over a weekend (Sunday night for me!) I put a half a lemon, rind and all in the garbage disposal so it would smell good, right? NO NEVER DO THIS! I wrongly thought a garbage disposal could handle a little lemon, had I cut it up into small pieces, no problem! I waited until Monday morning, and I called just after they opened and Lexi answered my call. All of the men were already detailed, I knew that would be the case, but Lexie said she would have one of the guys call as soon as possible to get me back up and running. About 15 minutes later, Parker called and said he was on his way! Wow! I was excited. It only took him about 20 minutes to fix the issue! He was extremely nice, friendly and obviously knew his job well! Lots of exclamation points,I know, but I am very happy. 😊😊😊 TOTALLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
