I lost an FOB Key in Nevada City, went to Reeds to have them duplicate the key. I mentioned my story to Eric and he told me that he had seen a posting on Peeps about a key found in NC. Eric took the time and effort to contact the person on Peeps, and made sure we got connected. Eric truly went beyond kindness. Thank you Eric, I’m truly grateful.

Went to get a door lock replaced and keyed to my key. The employee had the lock re-keyed in 5 minutes. He was very efficient and explained how the lock works. That really helped me installing the lock back into the door.

Eric and Jeff have both been excellent at getting my key and lock work done, I've been using this shop for 20 years now. Sometimes a bit busy when I arrive, but not much of a wait. They've done all of my auto key cutting and programming work, at far less that what a dealer would charge.
