Horrible customer service. They have had their toilet sitting outside of my house, which I am trying to sell, for the past three weeks. It’s smells terrible. I called to ask them when they were going to pick it up and their response was we’re doing the best that we can. We’ll pick it up as soon as possible. Just vague answers without any accountability. Then when I tried to get a more concrete answer, she got upset and hung up on me

When I googled the company, It said they were open. When I called the lady she was not pleasant. If you don't want people to call, then maybe you should make some adjusts in your advertising. Although I had used their service and it was efficient.

Answering service lady has a real attitude and is very rude. My contractor called in to have porta-potty removed 5 weeks ago. I have been following up each week to get an update on when they will haul away and they can't provide a pickup date. This business is a joke.
