About Principled Plumbing Inc
Principled Plumbing Inc. is a plumbing business serving Grass Valley and Nevada City with dependable plumbing services, including emergency plumbing. The company was founded on the belief that integrity matters, especially when being trusted in someone's home. Customers describe the plumber as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft. One customer with an older home needed help with a water pressure valve, and the problem was fixed that morning, with extra time spent checking other water lines to make sure everything was working properly. Another customer had a leaking water heater and found the service responsive, straight forward, and the job done quickly and efficiently. A garbage disposal replacement and a propane hose leak check were handled in a very professional and efficient way. For an emergency Sunday evening visit, the plumber arrived within 20 minutes, installed a new hose bib with a shutoff valve, and the weekend price was reasonable and the repair sturdy. A pressure check was done at no extra charge. Customers call the business reliable, honest, professional, easy to work with, and easy to communicate with. The plumber is on time and works hard.
Keeth from Principled responded quickly to an irrigation leak we were experiencing. Fairly big issue as our NID bill was extremely high for that period. His team showed up the next day, dug it up and thought it was one leak, but they wanted to go deeper to ensure that this was in fact the only leak. Well they were right in checking as it lead to another leak which was the ultimate cause. They had to come back as out system uses larger than average size pipe. So the next day they returned, fixed the issue, back filled the area, and re-installed the irrigation boxes. Looks like nothing happened. If you have any and I mean any plumbing issues they are the team to go to.… read full review
I own an older home and needed help with a water pressure valve. Keeth came out that morning and not only fixed the problem, he spent extra time checking the other water lines to make sure everything was working properly. Very friendly, very professional, and his knowledge of his craft was very evident. I will never use another plumber. Highly recommend!
Keeth just left our house after making an emergency Sunday evening visit. We had to turn the water off because one of the backyard hose bibs had broken off its mooring and water was spraying everywhere. Keeth was here within 20 minutes of my calling him, and installed a new hose bib with a shutoff valve, which we did not have before. His weekend price was reasonable and the repair was sturdy. He also did a pressure check at no extra charge after determining the water pressure appeared excessive. Indeed it was, and we scheduled a weekday appointment with him to avoid a burst pipe in the future. I highly recommend Principled Plumbing.
