Amazing customer service! During a busy holiday season, when bigger stores said they had no time to measure or install, Packard came to the rescue. They fit us into their busy schedule, measured it and even had someone able to install it all within 2 weeks. The work done is impeccable and the quality of the carpet is wonderful. Highly recommend them.

Twice Packard has delivered tremendous quality at great value at my home. The first time was five years ago when Eric came by to install carpeting on the stairway and second story of my house. The second was recently, when he put down vinyl flooring throughout the downstairs. The vinyl was an incredibly difficult job to make seamless because of the odd layout of the rooms and the uneven surface of the concrete foundation of the walls. But Eric made it seamless nonetheless. In both cases, the quality of craftsmanship set a new standard for what I expect is possible, and the price too was fair and more affordable than the other estimate I collected. I called to find out about a Remnant piece that I could put in my garage and found out that a brand new piece of my choice 12 ft by 16 was cheaper than what I was Finding as remnants at other places the quality was great the price was great that people are great
