It is so rare to find a dry cleaner that actually has the equipment ON SITE. Pair that with the nicest staff, one that really understands customer service and I can happily say this exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. They have off street parking to make it easy in, easy out. They even text you when your stuff is ready for pick up. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Funny enough, my review is about their potential customer service. I parked in their lot today to go to the sushi place, knowing Mercury Cleaners was closed. The employee/owner was pulling out of the lot and stopped and went out of her way to ask if I needed something from inside, thinking I was maybe a customer who was running late. She was willing to come back, unlock the doors, and get items for me. Unrivaled customer service!! If I need dry cleaning, THIS is where I'll go!!

I adore this place! I regularly drop off (weekly) anywhere from 5 to 15 items. They have these amazing red bags (with their killer logo) on them that you can buy that do double-duty: one to stash your upcoming cleaning and take it to them and then Mercury uses that bag instead of the filmy plastic bag to cover your freshly pressed and cleaned clothes. Because I go here so often, I wind up with a stash of wire hangers so I bring them back. Guess what? They have HANGAR CADDIES! It's a little box that you can stash in your closet to hold all the hangars you're finished with in a neat stack and then you bring the box back instead of a big tangle of wire hangars. Further, you can keep a credit card on file and just get billed monthly for your dry cleaning. If you need a dry cleaner, this is the place!
