Dave said he would be here this week, and has not bothered to even call us back. Also took a couple calls to even talk to him in the first place. Not happy.

Dave and his associate Cameron are absolutely fantastic. They're professional, on-time, prompt, kind, courteous, extremely forthright with the work they're doing, and after servicing our 22-year-old unit, our HVAC has never run better. Seriously, the unit is so clean you could literally eat off it. If you're in the Grass Valley area, and are in need of HVAC service/maintenance this is the company you want.
