I would recommend them for low cast spay/neuter services. We are grateful. Just be forewarned that it is not easy to schedule an appointment as they will call back at a random time and the conversation takes a good 15 minutes... The lady I spoke to seemed very jaded and was looking for any opportunity to condemn us for not getting our cat spayed earlier (she is a foster), for not getting kittens spayed before adopting them out (we made sure the new owners were planning on it), etc. I appreciate that you are trying to educate people but really the ones calling you to get spay services are not the problem here and don't appreciate being lectured. I had my cat spayed here recently. A different process than I'm used to but it was very effective. Reasonably priced and they obviously care a great deal about animal welfare. Provided good information and resources. My cat is healthy and happy post surgery.
I adopted 'Washington', now Eddie. Eddie has 6 toes on his two front paws. He was a big cat for 8 wks old. But what got me was that the volunteers held him like a baby and rocked him. That made a huge difference when bringing him home. I was able to trim his nails as he lys on my lap. Now he is a huge cat, and it's not because he is over fed. He is extremely smart and knows how to communicate well with us. He is an exceptional cat. I know the difference from not being held vs being held as a new born kitten. We adopted a kitten from our veterinary, where they had the kittens on display in the lobby where the staff worked behind the counter. No one there held...read full review
