i made an appt. for my husband for a cleaning and exam. he has delta dentist hmo through kaiser. i made a second call to check again on appt. and the call center said they do not do cleanings for the first visit which they did not tell me the first time so i said wanted cleaning and made sure to say each time he wanted only services that were covered under insurance. even went into office with him to check again and said no charges only insurance so i left and he came home with a $73. charge. called again no help so drove to office. reception said it was a copay but it was a bacterial treatment. i feel deceived. i want the money refunded.

Sent e-mail on 12/20/2022 requesting coverage information regarding being a potential, new consumer; as of 12/30/2022 no response whatsoever. We will seek our Dental services elsewhere.

The people were really nice. That being said, I spent hours with my insurance to find a dentist that offered sedation dentistry for adults, found this place and called. When I made the appointment I confirmed again they offer it and completely understand the trauma and anxiety I have and that they will 100% help and listed the sedation they offer for it. Was told the only appointment they couldn’t offer it was my initial consult and X-rays. So I went in to do those. Again everyone was super nice and the dr confirmed for a third time my sedation options.
