Joe Green, is an exceptional loan broker who played a vital role in making my homeownership/purchase a reality. I placed several offers on listings in 2023 and 2024. Because I was purchasing a property with a low down payment, my offers were by comparison to some, less competitive. First time buying post divorce. And buying my brother out of home we inherited.Both Kasha & Joe were extremely helpful. And guided me through loan process. If there wasn’t something I needed help with Kasha & Joe went above & beyond in help. And finding someone to needed work so loan would close.And we got it done!Very Happy & grateful to have two people helping through this purchase, I was a little fearful of.
