BUYER BEWARE. Terrible experience with Cap and CreativePools. Talks a great game to get your business, then stalls, misses timelines, comes up with charges that he "forgot" to add. Prior to pouring concrete pool deck I asked where the rebar was and Caps response was "We weren't going to do it" It never came up in the planning I just assumed that a 1,200 Sq ft deck would have it. We insisted that rebar is used and were then told that it would cost an additional $1,800. The concrete went in and within 2 weeks were no less than 40 large cracks.
