I'm glad I showed up early. This was my first time to see Adam. Working in healthcare, I know that taking the time to get to know the patient is extremely important. This is what Adam did with me. He was able to explain things that opened up my eyes and gave me practical solutions to start implementing.Definitely going back to him to continue working on having a better and relaxing body to help me heal.
Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had. Adam provided me with a therapeutic sports medicine massage to help increase my range of motion and mobility after multiple injuries. He is 100% tuned into you as a unique patient and body. He listens to input and feedback and makes appropriate adjustments. I enthusiastically recommend him if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage or a way to recover from a sports injury or misadventure. He’s knowledgeable and very talented.
