2 out of the many times I've been there, have I been fully satisfied. I Love the hot stone massage! I MAINLY get pedicures JUST for the massages, & most of the time they only massage for less than a minute. & sometimes they go too fast I can't relax. Very nice people. Not much of a wait for pedicures, even on a busy day. Great job on nails, my only wish are longer massages, at least a minute ?

I have never been here before this is my first time I loved it it was just nice quiet and relaxing the lady did my pedicure wonderfully her name was Cindy I highly recommend her and I will be going back soon very soon thank you so much Royal Nails

My fingers were bleeding my entire appointment because my nail tech was rushing and kept cutting my fingers. She didn’t apologize and didn’t stop to clean the blood. This is very concerning as this goes against state board regulations. I brought it to her attention multiple times that she was hurting me and that my fingers were bleeding but she didn’t seem like she cared at all. My nails look nice but this was the most painful full set I’ve ever had in my entire life.
