July 29, 2023, I tripped inside my home and hit a dresser which caused a horizontal fracture under the head of my humerus plus a vertical fracture on the lateral side of the humerus head. My arm was stabilized for three month then I wore a sling. After two months of physical therapy, I was released even though I didn't have full range of my arm. My Orthopedic PA informed me it would take a year or more for full arm movement. I was discouraged, my muscles had atrophied and at times the pain was unbearable.
For years I had monthly maintenance at Grand Terrace Chiropractic and Laser. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Zak Bissani. He began muscle therapy on my arm and gave me different home exercises. Dr.Zak suggested I begin additional arm massages with Kristin Griffith. The muscle pain lessen and I started many appointments with Kristin. First part of May 2024, I was pain free and now have full range of arm movement. Words cannot express my deepest gratefulness to Dr.Zak and Kristin. Their dedication, knowledge and desires to help heal people surpasses what Western Medicine cannot offer.
Dr Zak is amazing! Under his skilled and caring hands my constant back pain has disappeared! His adjustments have increased my mobility and along with Laser therapy - PAIN NO MORE! I highly recommend Dr Zak as a very skilled practitioner!
