At 1 am we had to make the hardest decision, as a pet owner we ever had to make. We knew it was time to take our precious dog in, because we could not let him suffer and wait until the morning for his normal vet to open. We called around and decided to go here. Everyone at this place was great. Our dog could not walk and they brought out a stretcher to wheel him in. Everything was explained to us, step by step on what would happened and we were told we could take as much time as needed to say goodbye. We were taken a beautiful room with nice decor and dim lights. It just made it seem more like home instead of a cold examination room. When they brought out our dog he was still on the stretcher but had been placed over a nice blanket and he had a blanket on him. We took our time saying our goodbyes and no one rushed us. Even the vet talked to him and reassured us for various reasons we already knew we were making the right decision. Obviously, we left heartbroken but happy that the staff was so caring. Two weeks later we received this hand written card from the staff with his name inside. It just a small little token that made our experience here a great one.
My dog Bailey had a swollen leg and was in a lot of pain. We took her in at 7pm on a Tuesday. We didn't have to wait. We were greeted by great customer service . We were told straight out that there was a $130 fee to get seen. They took Bailey to one of the rooms and a vet tech took a temperature - which was high. Bailey was taken to the back and after several minutes the Dr came in and broke everything down. She even told us our options and explained what was necessary and what wasn't so necessary. The vet tech came in with her iPad and explained the pricing- absolutely no pressure and we were given the low price and the high price. We agreed on a treatment and they did their job. We left but the Dr called us a couple hours later to update us. We went back at 430 am to pick you Bailey. I was expecting to be charged the high price but nope! It was the low price. They refunded some of the deposit I put down. Bailey is doing so much better! 1. There were no surprise charges, everything was discussed prior to treatment 2. The place was clean! The staff was very friendly and professional. 3. The Dr was great! I will definitely use this animal hospital in the future.
I have a kitten who was recently spayed at a free mobile clinic. A week later I noticed her incision looked infected. I rushed her to a local vet (not this one). They told she needed a $2000 dollar surgery to repair it. There was NO way I would have been able to pay that. I rushed over to this emergency vet right afterwards in hopes they would be more affordable. Not only were they affordable they said my kitten did not need surgery and just needed antibiotics. I believe I was being scammed at the last vet. This my first time going to this emergency vet and I definitely will be going there again if any of my pets have a problem. I highly recommend!!
