My laptop completely died. I reached out to Tony via his website after hours assuming he would respond in the morning. He promptly replied and walked me through a number of trouble-shooting steps via our text exchange and brought the laptop back to life! I am so grateful for his help, expertise and patience. He's my new go-to resource for everything computer.

I had an emergency with my PC and I chose Zen IT because it was close by and they open the earliest.They respond fast and fixed the issue with my desktop in only a few hours without messing up any important data. Decent price too.I definitely recommend them, and if ever I'm stumped on fixing my computer, I'll certainly go to them again.
