I had a bitter sweet experience here. I've been coming here for a couple of years since the 1hr foot massage was $20. I'm assuming that because of Covid the Hr massage went to $40. Personally I thought it was ok since they often do an amazing job. Here is the thing, I think tipping should be up to the client and not only that the amount of the tip too as well. This lady charged me $41 dollars, $1 for credit card fee which was not an issue and when I told her is she can charge the tip there she said she prefer cash. That was not a problem, I took a $20 bill and told her to give me $15 back leaving an approx of 13% tip. This lady straight up told me $10 is better and walked away and handed me just $10 and said thank you! I stood there like wtf, I went there to get relax and for her to have the audacity to do this was just beyond measured. She literally gave herself a 25% tip. Soooo if you go plan on having the exact amount and then just give your tip. Don't make my mistake

I wasn't disappointed with the massage but I left a lol more sore than usual. My tech was sweet. I felt safe despite the pandemic and rates were great. Might give it a second chance

Small, unsophisticated and simple. I have it a 3 because it was cheap and because the woman who did the massage listened to my request not to massage too hard. It was okay but not at the standard of a more nicer spa. It's good if you want a long massage for less money but in a simple and hole in the wall place. She was friendly but I was not feeling good about being charged an extra $1 for using a credit card on a $40 charge.
