He is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients and listens to their needs and wants. I absolutely love Nena and Rudy! I was lucky enough to find Nena about 3 years ago through a random stranger with amazing highlights walking down the street. I've been coming to Nena ever since for highlights, color and cuts. She's not only talented and really good at what she does, but she's a wonderful, kind and attentive human being (as is her husband Rudy). It's not easy to work my hair and get it to the color I want, but Nena nails it every time and I always get complements. I'm very thankful for both of them.
