When my water heater suddenly went out, I was in a bind. My regular plumber was out of town, and I reached out to several companies. Roy’s was the only one who got back to me right away, and it was Roy himself on the phone. That personal touch made all the difference.
He was at my house within an hour. Unfortunately, the water heater needed to be fully replaced, but Roy and his team got right to work. From diagnosis to a brand-new unit fully installed, the whole job was done in just a few hours, incredibly efficient given the scope of the work.
