This was my 1st visit to Mission Family Optometry and it was better than what I had expected. I was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered :) Staff member explained to me what we would be doing today, she informed me of what my insurance covered and also of my co-pays , she made everything (in financial perspective) very clear and i felt comfortable proceeding with the appointment. Dr.H is amazing. I am very happy with the way he treated me. He was very professional and personable. He didn't just start doing the eye exam right away; he listened to the reason of why i was there and what I wanted to gain from this visit. Overall I feel extremely happy w/ Dr.H and his staff. The person who helped me, was Tatiana, she was very friendly and walked me through the process, patiently helped me to find the right glasses for me. Good quality, good service!
