The kids had a great time watching the machine cut the keys! We used the kiosk inside Ralphs, and it was super user-friendly, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The price was also very reasonable, making the whole process quick, easy, and affordable.
Unfortunately, I locked myself out of my house. I was fortunate enough to find Pro Key Locksmith.
8:30 am, called and said no problem. Eddy was at my house within 10 minutes after I got off the phone. Quick, great price and service. If you have an accident like myself and lock yourself out. Save yourself time and money, call pro key locksmith.
Thank you gentlemen!
Unfortunately the copy of the key that I made was not an exact replica of the original so I was unable to use them. Because I got them made at the self serve kiosk in the grocery store, I assumed I was out the coat of the key and thought oh well, better luck next time I guess. But when I got an email asking for feedback regarding my experience and I explained what happened, I received a response AND refund very quickly, and the person who responded was kind and apologetic. I haven’t gone back to try again yet, but based on the customer service I received after the failed attempt, I plan on going back to try again when I have time.
