Unfortunately the copy of the key that I made was not an exact replica of the original so I was unable to use them. Because I got them made at the self serve kiosk in the grocery store, I assumed I was out the coat of the key and thought oh well, better luck next time I guess. But when I got an email asking for feedback regarding my experience and I explained what happened, I received a response AND refund very quickly, and the person who responded was kind and apologetic. I haven’t gone back to try again yet, but based on the customer service I received after the failed attempt, I plan on going back to try again when I have time.
