I worked with Tracy on a very large roofing project that included a full roof insurance claim for storm damage and roofing work tied to a new addition in Granada Hills.

I have worked with many subcontractors, and Tracy stood out by far. Tracy was professional, detailed, honest, and straightforward. The quality of the roofing work was excellent from start to finish, including flashing, gutters, sealing, and shingle installation. Everything was handled with real care and solid craftsmanship.

The old gutters were leaking in several spots, and it looked like the original setup was not pitched or fastened the right way. One front corner had rotted fascia, and a back corner had come loose and was hanging away from the house. Tracy came out for the first visit and was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. tracy answered all of our questions, explained the gutter system clearly, and went over the best options… read full review

i needed a roof repair fast and was in a bind. The other roofers would not answer the phone, so i called a local roofing company. i am very pleased with the quality of work tracy and the crew did on the roof, especially around the valleys and flashing. tracy took very detailed photos of the repair, and in one picture i noticed wood decking that should have been replaced by the previous roofer. The service was prompt and fast, and brayden helped get everything scheduled and organized. brayden was amazing. He was very thorough, professional, patient, and able to explain all my questions in a simple way. After the roof work was finished, i reviewed everything with tracy… read full review
