I have been going here to get my hair cut since 2011 with Victoria Miller. She is absolutely amazing and I don't trust anyone else with my hair. The facility is clean, bathroom is clean, but the parking can be a bit packed.
I was looking for a hair dresser and I found Erika at The Hair Encounter and she did an excellent job, she really did what I was l looking for, she was really professional and I love my hair. Thank you Erika!!
Erika, what a sweetie pie, so professional, knows her stuff, and stayed with me past 9:30pm just to get me the right look i came in for. She did above and beyond from what I asked. I usually do my own hair since I've had bad experiences, but this definitely changed my Outlook. I've already recommended some folks who complimented the look, with little damage to hair.
