Editing to add: make sure when you go to pay that you confirm your first and last name and the service you got. They charged me 124$ for something that should have been 82$ (and it should have been even less because I had passes). This was due to a mix up with a girl who had the same first name as me. The girl working the front made a mistake and I didn’t realize it until EWC sent me the invoice and it was different from what they had told me and charged me at the front. Michelle is the absolute best waxer I have ever seen! She always gets my eyebrows on point and I’ve never had a cleaner wax. She provides the most comfortable and pleasant experience, I only trust Michelle to wax me!
All the ladies at this facility are amazing!! But I am insulted that these hard working women were not being paid extra while working in the heat and still managed to keep smiles on their faces. Please pay them for lost work due to a malfunctioning A/C unit. They deserve it and more!!
