I tried Acrylics here for the first time Summer 2021. The lady doing my nails was very nice, very helpful in being supportive and giving advice with deciding what nail color to choose!It didn’t take too long and nail tech (I’m not sure what to call her), was very kind and accommodating. I had a shape in mind and I didn’t know what the name of it was so when I realized the shape I had told her wasn’t the shape I actually wanted/wasn’t the correct shape, she was very nice and reshaped them/fixed them for me without complaint. I've been going here for the past month. (My nail tech of 10 years, moved :( to vegas) I made my appointments about 3-4 days in advance for a Friday and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Also, I wasn't with who they scheduled me with but with whomever became available. I didn't mind because I haven't found a nail tech I love and I wasn't in a big rush. Both times, I've broken a nail lifting a small package from Amazon a week later. Which never happens to me. I'm going to give them one more try with a full set in hopes it doesn't happen again. Had my toes done by Katy! She is wonderful. The massage was so relaxing and she paid attention to detail very well. I will definitely come back. I am taking a star off cause one of my toes lost its nail polish after 4th day... :(
