Responsive, kind, thorough, timely - can't say enough good things about this company. I called them on Saturday morning during a heat wave when our AC broke and they said they'd have someone to our place by 2pm, but he arrived at 1:30pm!! I was shocked. Since we're renting they required the protocol of me getting approval from the owner and talked me through everything over text from the time I booked the appointment until he arrived. I'm not one to be easily impressed but this company's customer service is A+
Love DT. Professional, courteous and excellent communication. I found him on a weekend searching Yelp last winter. I was panicked as it was one of our coldest winters, my 88 year old mom lives in the house and we had no heat. He stopped by that same day. Excellent family business. Highly recommend.

I went on Yelp and found Albert and DT Heating & Cooling. I was very impressed with all the reviews and Albert lived up to his five star rating. His communication with the customer is A+. He’s timely, honest, fair priced, and someone I know we will use in the future as our AC servicing company. As everyone knows living in the San Fernando Valley and our hot summers, we need our air conditioners to run efficiently. Albert has brought my AC back to life and I greatly appreciate it.
