My tankless water heater was putting out lukewarm water. I searched the Google for a certified service company and picked Cal Coast Plumbing based on their excellent past ratings. The Cal Coast Plumbing service tech showed up within 48 hours. He was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He assessed the heater and made a number of suggestions on improving the installation which I agreed to. He sent me a written quotation on the improvements that I approved before he started work, which I thought was extremely professional. I have used several plumbers over the years and this time I tried Cal Coast Plumbing.. They were professional and courteous, and very safe by wearing masks and cleaning the work areas afterwards. Their office staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were clear about the issue and what the costs would be. They made sure it was fixed right and didn't cut corners. I would use again and definitely recommend.

I would 100% recommend Cal Coast Plumbing. I was clueless who to call and trust. Unfortunately, they were not my first call but from here on out will be the only (BEST) Plumber I Call. They came to my rescue after another plumbing company had complications turning off the water main and said the County would to have to come out and it turn off. Claimed they spent too much time at my location and would have to come back yet another week later. Cal Coast Plumbing had NO problems turning off the water main and charged me less for both jobs, unclogging kitchen drain & repairing water heater pipe than what another company was going to charge me for fixing the water heater....read full review
