I made an appointment 8 days in advance, the lady on the phone was super nice and polite. My dog, which is a highly vocal HUSKY hates grooming and always kicks up a huge fuss so I was dreading this but it turned out GREAT...! Super professional, fast, and affordable for this coastal area. Thanks, Trimnasium..! ^_^

Took my 5 month old puppy for his first nail trim (he does not like his paws touched) Joanne was wonderful with him! Even after he got scared (and yowled) about the dremmel. I would recommend the Trimnasium. Louise was nice to call me back, very professional. We will be back. Thank you ladies.
