I had a wonderful experience with Brooks at Spherion in Goleta, CA - the placement process was very quick. I was placed in a temp-to-hire role that perfectly matched my skills, knowledge and experience and was a great fit for me and the salary range reflected my experience. The position I was working in opened as a permanent position.
