I had a wonderful experience with Brooks at Spherion in Goleta, CA - the placement process was very quick. I was placed in a temp-to-hire role that perfectly matched my skills, knowledge and experience and was a great fit for me and the salary range reflected my experience. The position I was working in opened as a permanent position. Brooks was incredibly supportive and encouraging of me when I was going through the hiring process, ensuring I was well-prepared for the job. I just started with an Assignment with aphelion as I am looking to pick up work but in a different city that I am visiting, Brooks (recruiter)has been a great help and on point of exactly what I am looking for as I cannot commit to anything long term here.Very professional and communication is excellent ??Truly appreciate all the help and assignments ?
