Alan has serviced my Miele appliances for more than 20 years. I know I can trust his judgment as to a needed repair, and more recently, the need to replace my 24 year old Miele washing machine. His wife, Rene, handles service requests & will take the time to do an exhaustive search to locate hard-to-find parts so the customer has confidence knowing all avenues were pursued and "no stone was left unturned" before declaring an appliance unfixable. They are an excellent team and very responsive to customer needs, questions and recommendations. I'll replace my Miele w & d with Miele so I am assured continued excellent service when required.

How often do you have a repair man come look at your dryer and say "yes, I CAN repair it but it may be a better investment to replace." He arrived in time and there was great communication.
