Excellent personal care and super helpful. I have now used Len's for over 25 years, on several floors. Len and his workers not only took personal care, but when I wanted to do a project on my own, they encouraged me and took the time to teach me. If you see a complaint here about them, it's transference. Simply click & see all that person does is complain, about faucets, parking, toilets, how things used to be better at campsites. Here's the deal, these are the most hands on service based good people. I walked in years ago and if years go by they still treat me like an old friend and I get honest bids and great help. Len was great to work with and was good about checking in, dropping off floor covering samples, and providing good feedback on what might work for my kitchen decor. The scheduling did get a little touch and go at some point, but in the end Len and his workers did a fantastic job with my new kitchen flooring. They were efficient and professional. I very happy with the job they did.

Our church was re-carpeted recently. Len was super in helping us through the process from beginning to end. He also offered to help us move a lot of the office furniture around including a baby grand piano in the sanctuary. The concrete floor was prep and several cracks were sealed before putting down the carpet. Victor and the crew did a great job on the installation. Carpet looks good with the newly installed baseboard. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for some new carpet.
