We had a fantastic stay at the Leta Hotel during our brief stop in Santa Barbara! The value for the price was incredible. The hotel is impeccably decorated, bursting with character and charm. Our family loved the spacious patio and enjoyed stunning views of the pool right from our window.
The customer service was top-notch—genuinely attentive and unrelenting in making our stay enjoyable. We dined at the on-site Caya restaurant, where our server, Andrea, provided exceptional service, especially accommodating our two lively kids. We were thrilled that they ate for free thanks to the hotel’s promotion!

Stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip, located within 10 minute drive from the airport depending on time of day and surrounded by many shops and places to eat so convenient. The lobby is warm and inviting and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The rooms all have doors on the exterior and the place reminded me of a renovated motel. The rooms were all bright and roomy and decorated in a nice way. The bed was slightly soft but thought it was comfortable as were the huge pillows (tho my back was not happy after I got home). There was a small fridge and a very large tv. Great location if you have a child going to UCSB! Service was excellent and they were very accommodating with our request to change our room with a small patio. The restaurant bites menu had a good variety. We had the crunch salad, quesadillas and carne asada fries for 3 and it was more than enough to fill us up. The whole place had a great ambience. We only stayed one night but we felt like we had a mini vacation with the live music and fire pits between the pool and restaurant. We plan to book a stay there again!
