My go to contractor. Meticulous, skilled, clean, conscious, trustworthy builder and a pleasure to work with. I can’t thank Terry enough for my new art studio. From start to finish, the job was streamlined, no corners cut. the job looks professional and came out beyond wonderful! From the demo, to the new drain, plumbing, electrical, working with and around old whacky construction, to the detailed finish work, Terry can do it all! Terry has been the go-to contractor and handyman for the Isla Vista Food Co-op for over 10 years.
