FTI has helped us with some critical IT infrastructure improvements including fixing our domain and implementing Exchange. While we do not have an ongoing support agreement with them they have continued to be very responsive whenever we need some as-needed support (billed as time and materials). I am planning on involving them more and getting an ongoing support agreement as they have instilled nothing but confidence with the work they've done so far.
