Installed a fence on one property and a gate on another. We weren't happy with how they did the fence. They came right back the next day and took care of the issues we had. Great company. Anyone that'll listen to a customer and come back and take care of things no questions asked is #1 in my book. They are a company that's willing to please.

Fence Factory replaced two gates and over 30 feet of redwood fencing. They do quality work and make sure that we are satisfied. In addition they clean up everything and haul all of the old wood away,

Fence Factory was contracted to replace our badly-rotted back fencing and install a wide gate for our side yard, and I feel they did a great job. We made the mistake of waiting to replace a 60' portion of our fence until it literally fell over. Total eyesore, bad idea, would not recommend. We'd initially considered hiring an unlicensed crew to rebuild the section. While that wouldn't have been an issue, we wanted to ensure that it was built to last. I feel that the Fence Factory crew really worked wonders. Not only did the fence need replacing, but we needed a wider side yard gate to accommodate our large travel trailer.
