Sugar
“Michelle is kind, professional, and really good at what she does. Sugaring isn’t painless, let’s be honest. This is hair removal, not a spa nap. But she works quickly, makes it as comfortable as possible, and walks you through the process so you’re not just gripping the table in silence.
I have sensitive skin and this is one of the few places that doesn’t leave me irritated for days. Everything she uses is all natural, and my skin handles it well. She also offers spray tans if that’s your thing.
The bathrooms are actually clean. Not “we wiped the counter real quick.” Clean. Complimentary tampons and wipes are stocked, which tells me she’s thinking about her clients beyond the appointment.
There’s free Jolly Ranchers and gum in the waiting area. A little sugar before the sugar. Booking online is easy. There’s plenty of parking in the back. I’ve been coming for years and I still drive from Ventura. That’s not casual loyalty; it’s because she’s that good.”
Wild Lavender
“I had a great experience at Wild Lavender. Allison did a great job shaping my eyebrows. I’ve been maintaining my eyebrows for a while now, but just couldn’t get the look that I wanted. Allison provided exactly that and will definitely be back!”
