I am extremely late in giving a review. I used to go to Carol for electrolysis a few years ago when I lived in Sacramento. Let me just say I loved her and her work!! I definitely started seeing a difference in the hair growth after a month of going routinely. The commute was also very convenient since my job at that time was 10 minutes from her office. I was majority of the time her last client before she closes for the day. The conversations were the highlight of my sessions! She's an expert in the field of electrolysis and I would recommend anyone to her! Unfortunately I've moved to Nevada but if I'm ever back in Sacramento soon, I'll be booking!-Naja
I have had electrolysis for over 20 years and I am a huge proponent of electrolysis and highly recommend the service to anyone with light blonde hair to dark coarse hair and ANYWHERE on the body. With that said I found Carol in Sacramento ( I am from the SF Bay Area) a year and half ago since my 2 electrologist retired and the other was just beyond flaky. Carol was far from me but well worth the drive. I found Carol and her office warm, inviting, comfortable and relaxing. I also found Carol quite Pleasant and kind. Her talking is relaxing as well as distracting which I like. I read here that One reviewer was freaked out from Carol not wearing gloves but I loved that part...read full review
Hello. I have been going to Carol for about one year and let me tell you that Carol leong is amazing and Very professional. Carol is very personable, knowledgeable and very passionate at what she does. Her office is very clean and Carol takes all precautions for prevent any spread of Covid. I've been to other electrolysis offices and they have left marks and many ingrown hairs on my face but since going to Carol's and her ways have left minimal disruption to my face/skin. Carol know exactly what heat settings needed to be used and where on my face. I love her and Carol needs to teach other young electrologist thing or two.......
