This was my first time ever getting a facial and I had such a great experience! Val was super amazing and I was impressed by how knowledgeable she is—she was so patient, thorough, and really took her time to make sure everything was done right. One thing I really appreciated was the skin analysis test she did on me. She walked me through everything step by step and explained exactly what my skin needs, which made me feel so comfortable and confident in the treatment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. I left feeling relaxed, glowing, and so much more knowledgeable about how to take care of my skin.
