Steve was amazing. There was a time I was going and I was starting to feel I can't do it. I talked to Steve. We had a communication of both our needs and it worked out. Now I have the best workout in the world. I totally recommend them. It's personal and they do listen.
I have had a great experience at Exercise Coach in Glendora. My strength and balance has improved greatly. The coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. It is truly a great experience.
I started at the Exercise Coach four months ago after recovering from hip surgery. My trainers, Rachael and Steve, have done a fantastic job in helping me improve my mobility and strength. The exercise program along with each trainer’s expertise has ensured that I am able to workout safely, efficiently, and at a pace that is just right for me. So glad I found this place!
