My Garage door wouldn't shut completely. It was just closing then going back up. My husband tried to fix it but we couldn't figure it out. Our garage door was not working properly so based on their 5 star rating, I called Shepard Doors. Aaron returned my call promptly and we scheduled a time for him to come out and evaluate the problem. He quickly determined the cause was a faulty wall switch and replaced it with a good used unit... and only charged me a reasonable service fee! Fast, efficient and friendly, that's Shepard Doors.
