First off, I got into to see Dr. Tran the next day I needed to see her even with an HMO. Next, Dr. Tran is an amazing physician. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was given further care to help me heal. I appreciated her timely response and thorough explanation as well. Her professionalism did not go unnoticed.

I joined Optum Glendora Primary Care in January 2023 and I have been pleased with their customer service so far. I really like my primary care doctor, Dr. Ha Tran but I especially want to acknowledge Patricia Ruiz, the Patient Liaison at the Optum-Glendora for her compassionate and professionalism towards new patients. When I first walked in she greeted me, sat with me and explained how their facility works. In addition, she is very responsive whenever you have questions and you contact her directly. If she can't take your call, she will make sure she calls you back the next day. If she's not able to help she will direct you to someone who can help. I'm so grateful that Optum-Glendora has someone like Patricia at their facility! Thank you Patricia for all your help and Thank you Optum-Glendora!

My first experience with this company was a delightful medical associate who's name is Marge. She spent almost an hour on the phone jumping thru every hoop imaginable to help me. Thank you Marge. You made a hard situation tolerable.
