LA Fitness offers an excellent value for its many amenities, including state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, Kids Klub, and personal training. This gym is very large and beautiful, providing something for everyone. The friendly and attentive staff provide great customer service, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean, with a comprehensive set of equipment and a pilates studio. Trainers seem friendly and practice what they preach. Jasmine, the Operations Manager, does a fantastic job of keeping the gym clean and ensuring that the equipment works well. While the equipment is generally well maintained, some attention is needed for the free weight benches that require replacement. Overall, LA Fitness provides an outstanding value for its members, with a commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction. It has plenty of options for workouts, making it a great choice, especially for those who will actively use the many activities offered.
The Operations Manager, Jasmine does a fantastic job of keeping the gym clean, equipment working, fun and inspiring classes and fully working weight equipment. I am impressed since I drive 15 miles to this location instead of a closer one just three miles from my house. She also has a wonderful staff ready and eager to assist anyone who needs it. Came in and wanted to activate my active n fit account. Right when I came in the 2 ladies that were in the front desk couldn't help me. They waited until Derek, who was helping another person to register me. I'm just confused of why nobody else can help me, and this one person is the only one? In the end, when I got to Derek, he tried to help me but couldn't. He couldn't find my account,and he put in my zip code various times and my birthdate but it didn't come up. By the end, he asked Haley, who saved the day and got the ball rolling. Got my, ID got the correct zipcode was able to go ahead and help me in less than 5 minutes. It is a very large place with many things to do, only some have a swimming pool and in general the place is beautiful and worth the cost if you do most of the activities they offer.
