10/10 I recommend! I always look forward to my roll sessions and feel amazing after! It helps tremendously after and in between my workouts with recovery! The entire staff is so nice and welcoming, they don't make you feel intimidated to ask questions and the energy is always positive & relaxing. I took my boyfriend recently and he loved it, I also got two more of my friends hooked!

Love this place. I drive from a different part of Los Angeles but it’s worth it to come for this lymphatic massage / sports therapy style treatment. It’s a great stretching, massage and flexibility work. Best part is it feels like a workout. It’s been an amazing add value to my wife and my life. Very very reasonable price so it’s a great value for what you spend.
