I have been a customer since 2005 and lately the customer service has dropped. I walked in today to see if they could fit in a pedicure and they couldn't, which I understand, but instead of offering me the opportunity to make an appointment they simply just said "No". And this is not the first time that this has happened. In a post-pandemic world, customer service should be a top priority. That's okay. I'll just take my business else where. Have an appointment for Monday at Charm's Got Nails. They had no trouble squeezing me in!

I love coming here my nails never lift and they are always perfect and I love the customer service I am able to come here relax and laugh! In a beautiful clean environment thank you ladies for my nails!!! Suanne does my nails!!!
