Count-On-Plumbing was recommended by my plumbing parts supply house to repair a KWC faucet. The cartridge needed replacing and the retaining nut was frozen in place. Kenny called back promptly and set up an appointment for the day before Thanksgiving. With a few minutes of work, he was able to remove the retaining nut without damaging it, replace the cartridge and adjust the faucet. Very fast and extremely professional. We will be calling him back after the holidays for additional plumbing work.

Very responsive, courteous & professional. After initial repair, an adjustment was needed. Without hesitation - and at no charge - Kenny came and addressed the issue. Excellent customer service!

Leak happening under pavers. Kenny answered phone, reviewed pictures, discussed situation and listened to concerns about the old piping. Arrived onsite quickly and go right to work. Had the job fixed quickly, professionally and at a fair price. Definitely will call on him next time.
