Michael Ma and Jill were a pleasure to work with from the start and kept in constant communication. Prime was able to schedule fumigation for us on short notice and moved our date up a bit. They also dealt with a last minute schedule change that was out of our control. Service was as promised and they beat the lowest quote we received.

I don't write too many reviews, but I took the time to write this because I am extremely please with Prime Termite and I am glad I decided to go with them. We dealt with Michael Ma, he was informative and his customer service skill is top notch, he followed up with all the questions we had and provided a quote within one day. Prime Termite was able to beat my first quote from another company by $500, It was the start of many good experiences with them. Just as they advertised, Prime lowered their price by $100 in order to beat my lowest quote from elsewhere. Scheduling the fumigation for the following week at a convenient time was easy, and Jill kept me updated through the entire process. When I asked for additional bags in which to pack my pantry and refrigerator items they were accommodating. It was all over and done with in 48 hours, nothing was damaged in or around the house, and they even re-installed string lights that had to be taken down exactly as they had been before.
