Yesy and Tanya are the best trainers I've had in a long, long time. They are actively working with and have touch points with each member in the class, are correcting form, and offering up motivation and modifications! I have really enjoyed this location due to their impact on each class.
The coaches are super awesome. Super nice. They have screens for you to watch the whole time with some guy doing the workout you're supposed to do at each station. So if you were lost and don't remember what to do, there's a video to guide you on each numbered station.
I really enjoy the structured classes here. The Coaches are always helpful and quick to assist with adjustments and modifications. I really enjoy the atmosphere and vibe. It’s been very welcoming and inclusive.
